Our Board of Directors has some eminent External Directors which add valuable experience and guidance to our company.

Mr. SURINDER CHOUDARI (Chairman and Managing Director)
He is the Past Chairman of CII Karnataka, and has been on the Board of KSSIDC for 2 years. He is an Engineering graduate from Michigan State University USA.

Mr. AMAN CHOUDARI(Deputy Managing Director )
He is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) for the last 5 years. He directly looks after finance, administration and marketing with Director Operations reporting to him for all other functions. He is a Mechanical engineering graduate and completed post graduate course in industrial engineering from Lamar University, Texas.

Mr. K. P. SHIVAPRAKASH (Director Operations)
He joined the company as an engineer in 1995 and has been promoted as whole time Director in October 2005. He is in charge of planning and production, quality and delivery at all the plants. He reports to the Deputy Managing Director and is profit center head for all the plants. He is a BE in mechanical engineering

Mr. R. MIGLANI (Director)
is a Director on the board and is a highly respected entrepreneur with over twenty years experience in the manufacturing industry. He has is the CMD of Uttam Steels Ltd., a leader in the steel industry.

Mr.DILIP MEHTA (Director)
Dilip Mehta was managing director of Saregama India Ltd, and President and CEO of RPG entertainment sector. Mehta was also on the RPG management board.

Prof.RAM MOHAN ROA (Director)
Prof. Rao has a Ph.D. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and dual Masters' degrees from CMU and Cornell University. He was a tenured Professor of Operations Research at the Stern School of Business, New York University, and also taught at the University of Rochester and the University of Tennessee before joining IIM Bangalore where he was the Dean at the time of leaving and joining as the new Dean of The Indian School of Business (ISB), one of Asia's leading B-schools.

Mr. AKASH CHOUDARI (Director)
He is whole time director in charge of project implementation and infrastructure creation. He is a Commerce graduate.
