MANAGER - DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
The incumbent will be responsible for design & development of sheet metal produce & automotive seating systems should have relevant experience in tooling product engineering & handling field complains knowledge of ISO9000 & techniques like Design review will be an added advantage Exposure to CAD/CAM is a pre requisite.

MANAGER - MANUFACTURING
The incumbent should have hands on experience in operating a modem press shop, weld & paint shop. Should have sound knowledge in manufacturing practices like SQC & TQM/ISO 9000/QS 9000 Should have experience in handling a sizable workforce. Knowledge in welding technology press tools & their maintenance is desirable

MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems and standards. Exposure to SQC/FMEA/QFD and TQM/ISO 9000 is essential.

For positions 1 to 3, candidate should be BE/B.Tech (Mech./Production) with 10-16 years of experience in automotive/machinery industry. Age around 35 years.

MANAGER - HR
The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and heading the HR department will also not as a facilitator in designing implementing & institutionalizing best HR practices. A post graduate in Personnel Management/ MSW/MBA with 8-12 years of experience in HR function in engineering/process industry preferably in ISO 9000 environment. Age around 35years.
